How We Are Governed
Our community is regulated by a non-profit association, formed specifically for that purpose. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations, all of which are referred to as the Governing Documents, govern the infrastructure and how the Association and the Management Committee function. These documents, developed and amended since the inception of the Foxboro Coventry Towns, are designed to control the maintenance of our surroundings and to provide a safe and attractive environment which appeals to all. CC&Rs
The CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) are rules and and restrictions that all owners must abide by, as provided for under Utah law. CC&Rs establish rules on a wide variety of neighborhood issues, such as parking, architecture, property maintenance, signs, commercial use, nuisances, common area usage, and insurance. The CC&Rs ensure our neighborhood remains attractive, ultimately boosting property values and quality of life for everyone. The CC&Rs exist to ensure that high standard is maintained.
All homeowners and residents are bound by the CC&Rs. When you bought your house, you received and agreed to abide by the covenants, conditions, and restrictions set forth in the CC&R documents. Your signature was obtained during the close of escrow signing. CC&R violations are handled through a standard enforcement process, which is outlined in the Rules and Regulations document.
We work hard to follow and enforce all CC&R rules and regulations while also making every effort to be fair and consistent. Please feel free to contact the Management Committee regarding the CC&Rs, whether it be to notify us of a violation, a complaint, or a question. We encourage open communication!
